From the very beginning of its existence our concern grew and developed rapidly and changed from the local company to the large concern of All-Ukrainian scale. There are families in our corporative history, the members of which became the employees of the Company “Dakor” in several generations – grandmothers, grandfathers and grandchildren.  And we are proud of this fact! The heredity and historical roots of our company are our support, power and confidence. The modern business management, new management and production technologies are our prospects. The skilled, ambitious, purposeful employees, which are proud of their job and consider it as a contribution to the Ukrainian society development, are our future!
Every company in the modern business-environment, which takes care of its image and future, should develop and introduce the complete system of values and principles of corporate culture. This year we made the important steps in this direction. By the mutual efforts of the managers and specialists of concern there was made and approved the Code of Corporate Ethics of the Company, which reflects the mission and values of “Dakor”, the Company’s attitude to the colleagues, partners, clients, competitors and society in general. It is one of the main Company’s documents, which applies to every employee, from the director general to a probationer. Following the rules of the aforesaid Code is the evidence of high level of employee’s responsibility to its colleagues and society.
In the procedure of corporate culture introduction it is provided the realization of the range of subsidiary arrangements. Thus, it has been started the periodical corporate issuance in May, which aims to inform the employees and other persons interested in mission and values of the Company, its news and cultural life to the extant of corporate arrangements.

On the 4th of July in Dubno it will be held the special lection-presentation with respect to the introduction of corporate culture in the Company.
