 In Saturday, the 13’th of September the farms of CJSC “Zakhidna Kompaniya “Dakor” started to gather sugar beet.The opening of the new sugar beet gathering company took place on the fields of farms: TzOV “Nuva” and TzOV “Shashkevucha” in Zolochiv region of Lviv district. The start of gathering sugar beet in Lviv region was determined by the planned early starting of Zolochiv sugar mill, which had the duty to open the new season in the company.
The process of choosing each farm and its fields took place, while being taking into consideration the harvest and an account of sugar which can plant's dry weight. Thus, on the determined fields, which started the new gathering company, sugar can account 17% of the plant's dry weight. This is the significant factor for this period and enough for the produce  processing in sugar mill.
For example, we should mention, that at the present time in Ukraine this index is about 15%.
Traditionally, the sugar beet gathering company for “Dakor”, took place with the involvement of modern technique – these, sugar beet combines of brands ROPA Tiger and HOLMER T3, beet loaders ROPA Mause and newly bought – HOLMER Terra Felis are used for gathering beet on mentioned fields. The process of transplantation sugar beet to Zolochiv sugar mill are carried out by the cars of own motor transport enterprise of group of companies “Dakor”. The use of high-efficiency technique in all links of storing raw materials – gathering, loadering, transplantation – allows to make faster collection of beet, thus decreasing general charges and losses of raw material while storage.
 The first gathering hectares show an optimistic productivity for the company in a size of mostly 60 ton/hectare.
