 CJSC “Zakhidna Kompaniya “Dakor” has started the sugar mill production. Zolochiv sugar mill had started the new campaign at the beginning of October. Less then one week, two more sugar mills started their work - in Dubno and Kremenec.
The start of the first and other sugar mills has been delayed in one week because of the rainy weather, which did not give the ability to gather sugar beet affectively.
During the season in 2008 CJSC “Zakhidna Kompaniya “Dakor” has planed the work of three sugar mills - in Zolochiv, Dubno and Kremenec. Those mills have to be repaired and modernized during the year, because of paramount importance of energy economy in the production, upgrading the prepared product and all the production complete automation.
 Totally the company inputs more then 10, 4 million of dollars in odder to prepare all the company enterprise for the new season: 6.5 million of dollars on modernization of the sugar mills, 3.9 million of dollars on its reappears. Every year the company area of sowing sugar beet is rising. The company consistently follows to the strategic purpose – complete providing mills power by raw material. Conducting sowing of its own sugar beet in 2008 on the area of 21 ths.hа, with the productivity of 45-50 tn/hа, the company has already enables on 100% the factories in providing itself with raw material, in a CY. Other words, the urgent necessity in sugar beet from population and extraneous enterprises has disappeared. The company would like to accept outside offer, exceptionally, on condition of  accordance to its indexes of high quality.
