Ladies and gentlemen!
OJSC “Dakor West” – agrarian company, located in the western part of Ukraine, wich consolidate 4 sugar mills, 9 agricultural farms. The company cultivates more then 80 ths. ha. of land and is specialised in growing rapeseed, wheat, beer barley and sugar beet. In the Ukrainian sugar market company takes the fourth place and fully provide all its sugar mills by own raw materials. In addition there is an auto enterprise in the company with more than 120 cars of brand KAMAZ 2006-2008 year of production and elevator with the storage capacity of 50 ths.tn.
The company takes the leading position in Ukrainian agrarian market and has more than 10 years experience of work in agriculture.
Our company use new technology and methods during the process of growing agricultural cultures, which helps to increase the harvest above average level, namely: rapeseed – 3.2 tn/ha, sugar beet – 45-58 tn/ha, beer barley – 4-4.5 tn/ha. In the structure of crop rotation the main place take sowing rapeseed 2008-2009 – 9 884 ha.

We propose you to participate in tender on buying Ukrainian provision rapeseed of 2009 harvest on next terms:
1. Amount: 20 000-25 000 tn rapeseed of 2009 harvest, grown from seed: Vektra, Exstragon, Hornet, Elvis, Pioneer, Gikolor.
2. Period of delivery: July-September, 2009.
3. Elevator: OJSC “Dakor West”, Dubno, Rivne district, Ukraine.
4. Terms of delivery: first-priority ( Incoterms 2000) – DAF, CPT.
5. Forming of price: Price in the moment of delivery on MATIF minus margin (libor +%, for period of use of resaved pre-pay).
Financing scheme:
Receive prepay on the term February 2009 in the amount of the 5 million EURO. The final payment will be concluded on the moment after the presentation GTD fax copy and invoice to unpayed amount of goods.
6. Guarantees: by the guarantee of bank RF KB Kredobank on implementation of the terms of the contract or on returning of prepays, additionally by – notifying PKO Polish or warrant AO “INDEKS-BANK”, on returning of prepays by notifying Credit Agricole SA during the period of 7 months.
