Dakor West a part of Dakor Agro Holding (DAH) merger in accordance to Ukrainian law held an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 184, Hrushevskoho street, Dubno, Rivne region, Ukraine on March 19, 2010. Shareholders of Dakor West approved the decision to change the form of organization from Open Joint Stock Company to Public Joint Stock Company in order to comply with Ukrainian Law on Joint Stock Companies (as at 17 September 2008). Preliminary unaudited financial results of Dakor West also were approved on AGM. Currently parent company DAH is in the process of first-time audit under IFRS. Results for 2007-2009 are being prepared by Ernst&Young. The release of IFRS audited financial results is expected in the end of May 2010. Additionally, DAH sets changes in Corporate Governance, Investor Relations to meet the most demanding investors’ needs.
