The skilled staff is one of the success key factors of any company. “Dakor Agro Holding” always pays much attention to the providing of favourable labour conditions and positive working atmosphere for the union employees. 
     The special importance is attached to the promotion of professional and personal development of the Company’s staff. It is given the opportunity to the Company’s employees to familiarize with the best experience and new knowledge like in the Company, so by means of external specialists and consultant involvement.  
     It is widely used the attendance of different conferences, seminars, exhibitions, including the abroad conferences, seminars and exhibitions. The different training programs, that embrace the great number of the Company’s employees of all levels, are often organized.
      Thus, to the extant of realization of the concept of continual training, in 2008 there was organized the trainings on the topic as follows: Modern Technological Processes and Equipment in the Sugar Branch.  The trainings took place separately on the basis of every sugar refinery specializing on the issues and assignments in their programs peculiar to the every refinery. The teachers were the highly qualified specialists of National University of Food Technologies. All engineers of the refinery were involved in training according to their specialization.     
     The separate important direction of the manpower policy of
“Dakor Agro Holding”
is providing of study of young people, thus the children of workers of company get advantage, in higher educational establishments, with a condition that after finishing of study the young people will work in the enterprises of the union. Annually, in accordance with a present necessity, there is the program of study, after which the future workers of the Company are appointed to the necessary specialities. Nowadays, by means of the programs of study, the Company provided itself by the several tens of young specialists; presently there are 16 persons on study.
     The aforesaid helps to increase the productivity and efficiency of labour, development of creative capabilities, increase of loyalty to the company that ultimately makes possible such widespread cases, when the three generations of one family - i. e. grandfathers, parents and grandchildren work at the union enterprises simultaneously.
