Biodiesel plant (till the year of 2010) – this Project provides for the purchase and mounting of a biodiesel plant for the arrangement of processing of the own-cultivated rape grain with the purpose of biodiesel making and subsidiary products – glycerine.
 Grain-storage plant (storage and processing of grain crops) – building and starting of an elevator, the power of which is 50 thousand tons, till the end of 2010 in Dubno, and the Grain-storage plants of the same power till the end of 2011 in Zolochiv and in Ostrog. There is a lack of granaries in Ukraine, especially with modern equipment. In particular, the lack of granaries is shown in the harvest period by the long queues of transport loaded with grain near the every elevator. The aforesaid fact determines the acute need in building of granaries. The purpose of building of granary in Dubno and later on in Zolochiv and in Ostrog is to provide the own needs of the union farms, the sizes of grain cultivation of which are more then enough for the loading of elevators.
Pulverized minerals mill. Following the principle of permanent development, search and introduction of new perspective productions, the Company realizes the great project even in its untypical segment of business Already in October-November of 2008 the building of the mineral fines factory will be completed – the product, which is used for production of asphalt (the binding addition). The total worth of project is about 20 million UAH, the LOESCHE firm is the developer and producer of equipment (Dusseldorf, Germany).
The mineral fines factory is erected in the Maksymivka area; the planned power is 25 tons for an hour.
It is necessary to admit that this project for Ukraine is unique – nowadays, there are only high-expenses, underproductive factories of old standard in the country. Taking into account the large significance and accordingly the resources, which are provided for the accomplishing of major repairs and building of new roads, that are required for the conducting of the European Football Championship of 2012, the products of the newly built factory, will be especially essential at the market.
The mentioned projects are thoroughly considered and introducing as the additional necessary branches of the Company’s general business structure, supporting the consistent way of cost reduction of the basic products by means of introduction of the own production of subsidiary products. Thus, to some extend the production of biofuel will allow providing the great needs of agricultural enterprises in fuel, moreover under the price that is much lower then a market price. The elevator plants will allow secure the Company from external impact on didactics of grain- storage enterprises in the middle of the harvest-time, the work of which is sometimes difficult to arrange in the necessary for the Company regime.
Summarizing the aforesaid, we can say, that the development of all additional business directions has the one basic purpose – the reduction of prime cost of the main products and providing the economic independence of the Company from the possible troubles and shocks on the foreign market for instance on the oil or transport service market etc. The strategic aim of “Dakor Agro Holding” is the reorganization to the company of the full production cycle. |
