Realizing the high responsibility to the own workers, community and society in general, the leaders of CJSC “Zakhidna Kompaniya “Dakor Agro Holding” always pay their attention to the solving of social problems of their specialists, the performance of charity, the development and support of cultural achievements of the native land.
First of all, the efforts are always directed on the building of houses for the Company’s workers and their families and other building projects.
The attention can be pointed to the basic branches of the Company’ social activities as follows:
- the year of 1987 – there were built the block of four flats in the microdistrict of Dubno sugar refinery, and completed the kindergarten-day nursery for fifty children, including the swimming pool for children;
- the year of 1988 – there were built the block of forty five flats and two blocks of four flats;
- the year of 1989 – there was placed in operation the canteen for one hundred people in the administrative building of Dubno sugar refinery. There was completed the school for 440 students on the territory of settlement; there were placed in operation two blocks of four flats;
- the year of 1990 – there was build the swimming-pool at the village school. There was placed in operation the greenhouse of the total area of 1200 sq. m;
- the year of 1991 – there was placed in operation one block of eight flats;
- the year of 1992 – there was placed in operation one block of one hundred and two flats; the building of the Svyato-Pokrovskyy Cathedral was started and finished in 1997;
- the year of 1993 – the gasification works were started. There were gasified the microdistrict of sugar refiners and the attached residential district;
- the year of 1996 – the restaurant “Dubno”, purchased by the refinery, was reconstructed; there were placed in operation the block of four flats;
- the year of 2000 – the hotel in the center of the town of Dubno, purchased by the company, was repaired and developed the attached area. Since then the restaurant and the hotel “Dubno” turned into one of the town adornment;
- the year of 2007 – the central dome of the Svyato-Pokrovskyy Cathedral was gold-plated.
Among the planned and coming soon projects of the social significance it should be pointed to the building and purchase of the already build dwelling for the Company’s employees.
Moreover, the attention is always paid to the charity for orphanages, the support of scientific researches and educational activities of the local figures and the support of children creative activities etc.
