Dubno, Kremenets, Ostroh and Zolochiv sugar-refineries are the parts of the Company and each refinery has the bright and sometimes complicated history of creation and development. Dubno sugar-refinery is the Leader of the union, and in particular the Company has started its history from this refinery that became one of the leaders of the sugar market of Ukraine afterwards.
Dubno sugar refinery
 The enterprise is located in Dubno, Rivne region. It was built in 1960; in 1974-1979 there was accomplished the full reconstruction of workshops, that enabled to make the daily processing of raw material from 2,5 up to 4,5 thousands tons. During this period the out-of-date equipment was changed on more new one, progressive, the new limestone section was built with two kilns, the food workshop, the drying of sugar, and there were reconstructed the beet-processing workshop, the juice-purification section, HEM. In 1982 the factory mastered the scheme of the sugar-raw processing.
The works on a reconstruction and the technical retooling of the refinery were made very intensively during the period of the direct leadership of Danylo Korylkevych (1987-1998). During this period the increase of power was 500 tons and attained 5 thousand tons of beets a day. With this very chief connected the considerable moving forward not only in the field of production but also in the social development of microregion of refiners. The new juice-purification workshop was built and set the new channel of the raw material supply, introduced the other achievements of science and technique.
Nowadays the reconstruction and improvement works are continuing. Thus, there were purchased and set two centrifuges of the first product on the amount of 3 million UAH in 2006. In 2007 there were made and installed two centrifuges of continuous action for fillmass of the second product, conducted the reconstruction of the defecosaturation station with the full automation of technological process and reconstruction of beet washing section, introduced the line of other measures directed to the reduce of electric power and natural gas consumption.
Kremenets sugar refinery
 The enterprise is located in Kremenets, Ternopil region. It was built by the completely-imported equipment of the English firm “Wickers-Bookers” in 1965. In 1982 the refinery twice got the transitional Red flag of Ministry of Food of USSR and the branch trade union for the first place in All-union competition, won by a collective in September and November.
Kremenets sugar refinery is the part of “Dakor Agro Holding” from the year of 2000. In this period of time there was made the modernization of production – the automatic scales were set for the acceptance of sugar beets, conducted the reconstruction of packing section, set the semi-automatic metering devices of sugar-sand; in 2003 the defecosaturation system was fully automated, there were introduced the automated system of dosage of coal and limestone and automatic panmen of fillmass of the first product; in 2005-2006 there was installed the automated packing line of sugar into one-kilogram packages, reconstructed the thermal scheme of enterprise, conducted the major repairs of the gas-limestone kiln with replacement of fettling, the automated filters ФІЛС-100 was put; in 2007 the centrifuges for the fillmass of the first product was set and started the reconstruction of juice-purification section.
Zolochiv sugar refinery
 The enterprise is located in the village of Yasenivka that in the distance of 1,2 km to the west of the railway station Zolochiv of the Lviv railway, and in the distance of 0,6 km from the Lviv-Zolochiv-Ternopil motorway.
It was built by the imported technological equipment which was installed by the specialists from Poland, in 1962; the refinery project power on the sugar beets processing was 2,5 thousand tons a day. In 1970 the reconstruction was accomplished and brought into action a line on processing of sugar-raw by the power of 500 tons a day. From 1979 year after replacement of diffusion the power of the refinery grew up to 3,0 thousand tons a day.
Zolochiv sugar refinery is the part of “Dakor Agro Holding” from the year of 2000. The entrance to the union enabled to the enterprise to improve the production. In particular, in 2001 there were installed two bagasse granulators; in 2005 the drum beets washing was changed to the trough beets washing that improved the beets washing process, there were reconstructed the defecosaturation station; in 2007 there were installed the bagasse granulator and the bagasse drying drum, changed the diffuser.
Ostroh sugar refinery
 The enterprise is located in the village of Ozhenyn of Ostroh district of Rivne region. It was built in 1968; the norm of daily sugar beets processing is 2750 tons. In 2003 the enterprise joint to the union of “Dakor Agro Holding” that opened the new prospects of development. The update of technical base is conducted: the centrifuge of the ІІІ product, the beet scales, the sugar metering device, the automatic panmen of the fillmass of the first product were installed in 2004-2007; the reconstruction of washing section was accomplished with installation of beets rinser etc. |
